OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES — RTRC PNWC 2026 PAN OPEN PREDICTION CONTEST

1. ORGANIZER
The contest is organized by SARL RTRC ("RTRC"), France, and is accessible through rtrc-onlines.com. This prediction contest is organized independently by RTRC and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

2. PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST
Participants must predict the final Top 10 finishing order of the PNWC 2026 PAN Open category. The official final PAN Open classification published by the event organizer and/or its official timing system will be the reference used to calculate the contest results.

3. ELIGIBILITY
Participation is limited to RTRC accounts whose customer profile is authorized for the contest and which have at least one paid RTRC order. One eligible RTRC account is entitled to one active prediction, regardless of the number of previous orders made with that account.

The restriction applies per eligible RTRC account, not per physical person. If the same person legitimately owns more than one separate RTRC account and each account independently satisfies the eligibility requirements, each eligible account may submit one prediction.

Cancelled, failed, unpaid, fraudulent or fully refunded orders do not qualify an account for participation.

4. ENTRY PERIOD
Entries close at 23:59 the 03/11/2026 +01:00. The server time used by RTRC is authoritative. The closing time is intentionally set before the beginning of PNWC practice sessions. No new prediction or modification can be accepted after the deadline.

5. PREDICTION AND MODIFICATIONS
A prediction must contain exactly 10 different drivers selected from the active PAN Open driver list and ranked from P1 to P10. Participants may modify their prediction as many times as they wish while entries remain open. Each new save replaces the previous active prediction. Only the last prediction successfully recorded before the deadline will be scored.

RTRC may correct the driver list before entries close in order to reflect official entry-list changes, spelling corrections, nationality corrections, withdrawals or additions communicated by the event organizer.

6. SCORING
Each predicted driver earns points according to the difference between the predicted position and the official final position:
• Exact position: 10 points
• 1 position away: 7 points
• 2 positions away: 5 points
• 3 positions away: 3 points
• Driver in the official Top 10 but more than 3 positions away: 1 point
• Driver outside the official Top 10: 0 points

The maximum possible score is 100 points.

7. WINNER AND TIE-BREAKS
The eligible participant with the highest total score wins. If two or more participants have the same score, they are separated in the following order:
1) highest number of exact positions;
2) highest number of drivers correctly present in the official Top 10;
3) correctly predicted PAN Open winner in P1;
4) if the tie still remains, the 300€ will be spilt between the remaining tied participants.

8. PRIZE
The prize is 300€. It is a store voucher/credit redeemable only on rtrc-onlines.com. It is not cash, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be paid by bank transfer. Any shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes or other charges applicable to an order remain payable by the winner unless RTRC expressly states otherwise.

9. OFFICIAL RESULTS
If the event organizer publishes a correction to the official final PAN Open classification before the prize is definitively awarded, RTRC may recalculate the contest results. RTRC may regard the result as final once the winner has been officially announced and the prize has been awarded, except in the event of a manifest error.

10. FRAUD AND ABUSE
RTRC may exclude any entry involving account theft, fraudulent payments, fake orders, manipulation of website requests, exploitation of a technical vulnerability, attempted post-deadline modification, falsification of data or other deliberate interference with the contest. Legitimately holding several independently eligible RTRC accounts is not, by itself, considered fraud under these rules.

11. TECHNICAL ISSUES
Only predictions successfully recorded by the RTRC website are valid. Screenshots, drafts or unsent selections do not constitute a valid entry. In the event of a major technical incident affecting the fairness or operation of the contest, RTRC may reasonably extend, suspend, modify or cancel the contest.

12. EVENT CANCELLATION OR MAJOR CHANGE
If the PNWC 2026 PAN Open category is cancelled, does not produce an official usable final classification, or is materially changed in a way that prevents application of these rules, RTRC may cancel or reasonably adapt the contest. The prize cannot be claimed as cash in such circumstances.

13. PERSONAL DATA
RTRC may process the participant's account identifier, account name, email address, customer role, order eligibility status, prediction, prediction history, timestamps, score and rules acceptance data solely as necessary to administer the contest, verify eligibility, calculate results, prevent fraud and handle disputes. Further information is available in RTRC's privacy policy.

Participation in this contest does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing communications where separate consent is required.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Submitting or modifying a prediction requires the participant to expressly accept the Official Contest Rules. RTRC records the date/time and technical version of the rules accepted with the saved prediction. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these rules.

15. CLAIMS AND APPLICABLE LAW
Any complaint relating to the contest should be submitted to RTRC with sufficient information to identify the relevant account and entry. These rules are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer-law provisions that may apply in the participant's country of residence. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution of any dispute.
